We're looking for fun, flexible, outgoing folks who enjoy putting a smile on people's faces. 

This is a year-round, part-time position, at the Jensen Farms Outpost in Cle Elum. Shifts would primarily be weekends, with the occasional Thursday, Friday or Monday, as your schedule allows. We make our schedules on a monthly basis, so you don’t have to wait for your schedule on a week-by-week basis. That also allows you freely shift trade amongst co-workers. Hours would be between 20-25 hours/week, but may drop to 15-20 during the off-season (Jan-Mar). However, we also have ad hoc opportunities for more hours throughout the year at our off-site events, events on the farm, making weekly deliveries to our wholesale customers, etc. And, on the flipside, we can accommodate time off requests with advance notice.

Duties would include serving ice cream, making espresso drinks (barista experience is a bonus, but not required), cashier, receiving, stocking, merchandising, cleaning, etc. 

It’s a fun, casual work environment where you get to make people happy, one scoop or cup at a time! It’s also being on your feet, providing exceptional customer service, rolling with busy days and slow days and chatting folks up from all over the world, as Cle Elum is a popular tourist destination.

Pay $17.13/hr. plus tips. Free shift drinks/ice cream. Free admission to farm events. Employee discounts on merchandise.
